Poland fully embraces the concept of collective security.

IV. Specific Features of Collaborative Institutional Arrangements for the GM

As the Secretary General said at the summit, we live in a world in which we all benefit from collective security and all suffer when it is lacking.

For example, the national security system has undergone specific changes at the initiative of President Ricardo Maduro, who has made integrated security a major undertaking, with emphasis on creating security systems at different levels of implementation, as described below.

The CSTO Committee of the Secretaries of Security Councils is responsible for coordination of efforts of national bodies of the CSTO member states in matters of joint response to the threats and challenges to security.

In the opinion of OIOS, the information security plan should be integrated into the overall mission security plan.

Respect for basic human rights by all members of the international community is relevant to the security of the entire world.
