Female public servants who were in service before that date have been given the option to join the scheme whereas those who joined the public service after 1981 have to contribute to the scheme, compulsorily.

Women are quite well represented among the health care personnel in the various professions.

This raises the challenge of identifying opportunities to engage the private sector in collaborative technical assistance and training activities, involving both public and private sector organizations.

The involvement of the public sector is necessary in terms of tourism planning and policy.

1.2.2.3.1 Constitutional Court

It should be emphasized that the phenomenon of lower wages in the private sector than in the public sector only concerns manual workers apos wages, for non manual workers being higher in the private sector.
