(8) As regards long term equity investment, it is required to separately list the beginning balance, ending balance and current and accumulative amounts of unrecognized investment losses of each invested entity.

Investment strategy is simply the long term allocation of monies among the various asset types and investment markets.

23. There is an urgent need for policies that will both inhibit the flow of volatile short term capital and encourage long term capital, especially foreign direct investment.
