4. Other forms of cooperation and training

Rules of procedure of the Assembly need to be adopted and implemented in a form consistent with the Constitutional Framework (a priority).

Although the Employment Act contains no provisions on sexual harassment in the workplace, the Penal Code prescribes heavy penalties for any kind of sexual violence, including up to 21 years of imprisonment for rape in accordance with article 489 thereof.

In certain cases, State courts have not differentiated between the formal requirement (written form) for the validity of the arbitration agreement governed by the New York Convention and the substantive requirements governed by national law, and have applied the latter to both requirements.
