Bedouins, like all Israeli citizens and residents, are entitled to health insurance under the National Health Insurance Law.

It is this Law that established that all citizens are covered under mandatory health care insurance, in accordance with the Law.

Article 1 In order to regulate the governance structure of insurance companies and strengthen the compliance management of insurance companies, the present Guidelines are set down according to the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, the Provisions on Administering Insurance Companies, the Guiding Opinions concerning Regulating the Governance Structure of Insurance Companies and other laws and regulations.

Farmers pay contributions to the above mentioned three types of insurance.

140. Issues connected with the organization of social insurance for farmers are governed by the Act of 20 December 1990 concerning the social insurance of farmers (Dziennik Ustaw of 1993 No. 71, Text 342).

Invalidity Insurance Act

Article 1 This Law is promulgated with the purpose of regulating insurance activities, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the parties involved, strengthening supervision and regulation of the insurance industry and promoting its healthy development.

Under the Republic of Kazakhstan law on compulsory tour operator and travel agent civil liability insurance (December 2003), compulsory civil liability insurance is being introduced in the Republic for tourism organizations that provide tourism services. According to the law, tour operators and travel agents are obliged to take precautionary measures that ensure the safety of the tourists.
