Let me summarize it, for the business people in the audience, with three rules, three basic rules.

Moreover, it was noted that the draft principles did not lend themselves to becoming a self executing treaty they should merely establish some basic rules or guidelines for States that might evolve into legally binding rules following further elaboration.
