Other teams, we give them money to spend on their dodgeball teammates.

We have a great team.

And the way we're doing that is we're creating prize teams within the X PRIZE. We have a space prize team.

If somebody from our in group cheats and we see them cheating, we feel it's more appropriate, as a group, to behave this way.

And then we can see, well now we've got teams that spend on themselves and we've got these prosocial teams who we give money to make the team a little bit better.

We're a team. The paper needs both of us!

And that's, kind of, where I see what my job is and what our team's job is.

So we bring a team together.

It's not just my group there's maybe 30 groups worldwide doing this.

So some teams, we give people on the team money, they spend it on themselves.
