What is needed now is not more declarations or promises, but action action to fulfil the promises already made.

Moving from commitment to action

Too many promises have been broken promises made by several African leaders, by several Western leaders and especially the promises of the entire international community.

The European Union is looking forward to such a commitment and will follow closely its implementation.
