Calls upon all Governments to give serious consideration to responding favourably to the Special Rapporteur's requests to visit their countries and urges them to enter into a constructive dialogue with the Special Rapporteur with respect to the follow up to his or her recommendations, so as to enable him or her to fulfil his or her mandate even more effectively

(b) Armed groups that are distinct from the armed forces of a State not, under any circumstances, to recruit or use in hostilities persons under the age of 18 years

Requests the Chairperson Rapporteur of the intersessional working group to undertake informal consultations with all interested parties in order to prepare the next session of the intersessional working group

(d) To support the Office of the High Commissioner in its continued assistance to the National Human Rights Commission

Decides to continue its consideration of this question at its sixty second session

Reminds States of the possibility of seeking technical assistance if needed, including from the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, to better promote and protect the right to freedom of opinion and expression

(j) To provide public information regarding the execution of those sentenced to death

Reaffirms that the international community should devise ways and means to remove current obstacles and meet the challenges to the full realization of all human rights and to prevent the continuation of human rights violations resulting there from throughout the world

Calls upon the international community, the developed countries in particular, to continue to assist the developing countries in the fight against pandemics such as HIV AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria through financial and technical support, as well as through the training of personnel
