The cost of aviation fuel is estimated at 5,300 per month ( 60,400) and 10 per cent of the fuel cost is provided for oil and lubricants ( 6,000).

With respect to aviation and marine bunker fuels, each Party included in Annex I shall, in pursuit of Article 2, paragraph 2, of the Kyoto Protocol, identify the steps it has taken to promote and or implement any decisions by the International Civil Aviation Organization and the International Maritime Organization in order to limit or reduce emissions of greenhouse gases not controlled by the Montreal Protocol from aviation and marine bunker fuels.

(c) Provision of 144,400 is made for aviation fuel based on 100 flight hours per month at a fuel usage of 750 litres per hour at a fuel cost of 0.77 per litre.

Requirements for aviation fuel have been calculated at 136,100, based on fuel consumption of 825 litres at 0.29 per litre plus the cost of lubricants at 10 per cent of fuel costs ( 13,600).

An amount of 242,300 has been included for the wet lease hire of six military type vehicles for use by the formed police unit at the rates indicated in section A of the present annex.

From June 5, 2018, Air China, China Eastern Airlines, Hainan Airlines, Shanghai Airlines, Spring Airlines, Shenzhen Airlines, West Air, Okay Airways and other airlines resumed charging fuel surcharges for domestic routes that have been cancelled for three years. The charging standard is 10 yuan person.

In addition, provision of 206,700 is made for the cost of aviation fuel at an estimated cost of 20,200 per month ( 187,900) and 10 per cent of the fuel cost is provided for oil and lubricants ( 18,800).

Yesterday, Lucky Air, Okay Airways and other airlines announced that from October 5, 2018 (the date of issue), each passenger will be charged for 20 yuan and 30 yuan fuel surcharge for domestic routes below 800 km (including) and above 800 km respectively.

The estimate reflects an increase of 0.012 per litre in the cost of aviation fuel from 0.188 in the prior period.

The incumbent manages the UNLB aviation safety training programme, the fuel contract, and the maintenance and operation of UNLB ground support and aviation cargo handling equipment.

Among other obligations resulting from the Kyoto Protocol, the developed countries shall pursue limitation or reduction of emission of greenhouse gases from aviation and marine bunker fuels, working through the ICAO and IMO, respectively.

(c) All ICAO members could introduce aviation fuel taxation and or efficiency standards on the basis of international agreement and worldwide application

A major portion of that budget relates to the aircraft, aviation fuel, telephone link equipment, telephone operation and staffing requirements.

The modern system of agriculture is heavily dependent on fossil fuels, as are hospitals, aviation, water distribution systems, and the U.S. military, which alone uses about 140 million barrels of oil a year.

16. Another extremely important objective is to remove the aviation fuel spillage at the military air base that served the Semipalatinsk test site.

Additional requirements were due also to unbudgeted fuel delivery charges following the repatriation of the Ukrainian aviation unit.

The cost of aviation fuel reflects recent actual expenditure and is higher than the previous estimate of 0.55 per litre owing to the delivery charges.

For this time, Lucky Air and Okay Airways took the lead in announcing the increase of fuel surcharges. As of press time, we have not seen the news that the four major domestic airlines announced follow up adjustments.
