An enterprise group may adopt a concentrated and unified management on its internal funds, but shall comply with the related provisions on financial management of the related laws and administrative regulations of the state, and may not injure the interests of its member enterprises.

3. The Group had noted with concern that few of the executive heads of specialized agencies including those of the Bretton Woods institutions and the World Trade Organization had attended the high level segment.

The Executive Board shall request the relevant constituency to nominate the new member, or the new alternate member, to be appointed in accordance with paragraph 1 of this rule.

The establishment of the United Nations Development Group (UNDG) and its Executive Committee is fostering this trend at the headquarters level.

There is active coordination among members of the Executive Committee of the United Nations Development Group (UNDG), and with the members of the Chief Executives Board for Coordination (CEB), to ensure consistency and coherence in the handling of JIU reports for maximum benefit.

1.5 The effective implementation of subparagraph 2 (g) of the Resolution requires that borders be efficiently controlled in order to prevent the movement of terrorists or terrorist groups.

The mission continued with its schedule nonetheless.
