Although the Board was pleased to see that the various units and the Committee had made positive contributions towards improving the design of projects, it was concerned at the large number of projects that required revision.

The situation which had prevented the Board from expressing an audit opinion on the accounts of the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) was of great concern.

No issues that need to be raised under item 13 have come to the attention of the Secretariat and no documentation on that item is currently foreseen.
