At a resumed plenary session of the Commission, it was announced that the Subcommission had elected Mr. Brekke as its Chairman, and Mr. Albuquerque and Mr. Tamaki as its Vice Chairmen.

On the basis of that procedure, the following members of the Commission were elected as members of the Subcommission to consider the submission of Australia Alexandre Tagore Medeiros de Albuquerque, Harald Brekke, Indurlall Fagoonee, Fernando Manuel Maia Pimentel, Kensaku Tamaki, Naresh Kumar Thakur and Yao Ubuènalè Woeledji.
