The inter entity cooperation of women Trade Union organizations is important in the field of education and research of position of women at the labor market, in Trade Unions and in public life. The cooperation is established with STAR, Gender center FBiH and office of MKSS ICFTU in Sarajevo and Banja Luka. This way women's labor rights are promoted, but they also raise awareness of women within Trade Unions.
