A Logo programming environment

The great graphic designer Paul Rand designed the IBM logo, the Westinghouse logo.

And this logo!

I was invited to design a logo for this neighborhood, called the North Side, and I thought it was silly for a neighborhood to have a logo.

And I understood that the building itself was a logo.

I think that's rather creepy, actually. Why would a neighborhood have a logo?

In fact, you can see each logo is a little bit different.
