5.6 On 3 February 2004, the author submitted that on the morning of 2 February 2004, he had been subjected to an attack by an unknown assailant who sprayed chloroform in his face.

In this regard, the meetingparticipants wereas informed that in the European Union (EU), the PIC provision of the Rotterdam Convention has been implemented through EU regulation 304 2003, and that this regulation includes two ODSs carbon tetrachloride and methyl chloroform.
