The Pension Entitlements and Client Services Section will continue to

Within the Secretariat, with respect to services provided to staff members, the accounting and payroll services have focused on client orientation.

It also provides quality and consistent client oriented services to the Fund's clients and constituents.

The Director of the Division is responsible for the direction and management of administrative and related support services provided by the United Nations Office at Nairobi to its client organizations in accordance with Secretary General's bulletin ST SGB 2000 13.

The Pension Entitlements and Client Services Section manages and controls the processing of the Fund's benefit entitlements.

It will offer consulting, learning and self evaluation services using a collaborative, results driven and client oriented approach.

Communications, client services, training of staff, including the administrative staff of the member organizations, are recent additions to these responsibilities.

Regular client surveys will be used as an important measurement of the performance of conference services in the headquarters locations.

14.21 The Office of the Executive Director provides executive and support services to the Executive Director and the Deputy Executive Director, as well as to the senior management of UNEP.

Changes were focused on making programs and services more client centred and on assisting clients to obtain long term sustainable employment.

Many national statistical offices run client satisfaction surveys as a routine way of getting feedback on the quality of their services.

Therefore, since 2000, nearly 900 million has been added to improve access and quality of services offered to the various client groups.

Operations comprises the Pension Entitlements and Client Services Section and the Financial Services Section, both of which are located in New York, as well as the operational activities of the Geneva Office.

Under programme component F.1.1, the Organization will provide technical cooperation and global forum services to the client countries in these three areas.

(1) Benefit processing is looked after by 27 staff. Included are supervisors, calculators and auditors of the Pension Entitlements and Client Services Section.
