Peacebuilding has in recent years emerged as an increasingly indispensable aspect of the various elements that constitute international peace operations.

I should recall that Pakistan's operations have killed or captured over 700 Al Qaida and Taliban terrorist elements.

These teams remain under coalition control and are located in areas where combat operations continue against anti government elements.
