After more than 10 years of development since 2004, the service certification project in our country had gone through a process of developing from scratch. A series of influential service certification had appeared, including the financial service certification, mother and baby nursing service certification, after sales service certification, electronic commerce service certification, and health care service certification.

Many detailed the negative impacts of trade liberalization and called for a fair trade framework in all trade negotiations and for trade support that is not at the expense of aid and debt relief.

It is difficult to see how the fair trade movement can contribute much to solving this problem, because the only serious policy for stabilizing producers incomes is to control supply. But that is beyond the scope of fair trade.
