Getting Started

And then I got excited when it started getting tens of hits, and then I started getting excited when it started getting dozens and then hundreds and then thousands and then millions.

But then I started getting letters from teachers.

It started getting bigger and bigger and bigger.

He was getting started early. Those were his hands.

We started getting song and dance in Indian cricket.

Getting Things GNOME!

And I started getting in further and further into the factories.

So, are these things, how are these things getting here?

Things are getting out of control.

And so I started getting amazing amounts of hate mail, death threats even.

But I started getting very interested in Maria Montessori and her methods, and the way she went about things, and the way she thought it very valuable for kids to kind of discover things on their own rather than being taught these things overtly.

500 years ago, sailing ships started getting reliable enough we found a new continent.

And I was longing for several things that I wasn't getting, or not getting enough of.

They would take me about six months initially, but then I started getting faster at it.

This partly explains the fact that some countries have experienced difficulties in getting phase II started.

Languages are genes talking, getting things that they want.

And we've started to work on things.

But, steady state doesn't mean that things are getting better, it's just that they have stopped getting worse.

And it's also just getting to the essential of things.

I started to write about things I recognized.

And so I started making these funny things.

And she spoke to the grandmother for a moment, and then she started getting tears in her eyes.

I prayed for them, and things started to change.

What started as very small, community rangers getting community involved, has now grown into something that we call conservancies.

I first started thinking about getting it in my mid 20s, but I deliberately waited a really long time.

And one of my big concerns with a lot of policy things today is things are getting too abstract.

I feel that there are some things that are getting in the way.

The committees had proved very effective in getting things done in the community.

So a few years ago, I actually started getting very interested in the SETI program. And that's the way I work.

Volunteer networks have been established in a number of countries, but in many others there have been difficulties in getting started.

And then a few other things started to dawn on me.

I'm getting terribly excited as my mind and my eyes flick across these things.

These are things that are getting into our food chain because of these blooms.

Getting addicted to something and having too much of something are two different things.

As I said, I started to do these things 75 years ago.

Hair started growing in all sorts of places, along with other things.

DH So since we started this project, we've been getting hundreds of letters, emails, phone calls from people from all around the world.

Now, these people will make guesses, they'll say things like, Why am I getting electricity?

And suddenly the most amazing things started coming out of our daughters' mouths.

So he got hooked on that, and then he started doing other things.

I'll give you some astounding things that have happened as we started this.

I started a foundation to bet on these good people doing good things.

So there's a lot of great things, but I'd love to see more corridors getting retrofitting.
