72. In Turkmenistan, with the exception of the Russian Orthodox Church, those espousing minority religions and beliefs are said to be subjected to acts of intolerance and discrimination.

The Church and the Provisional Institutions of Self Government in Kosovo signed a memorandum of understanding on 25 March to allow for the reconstruction of Serbian Orthodox religious sites.

The Serbian Orthodox Church maintained its withdrawal from the memorandum of understanding on the reconstruction programme for cultural and religious sites damaged during the March 2004 violence (a priority).

4. The Special Rapporteur also talked to representatives of the Catholic and Protestant Churches and the Jewish, Orthodox and Muslim minorities, and with the Bhagwans, Baha apos is, Hare Krishnas, Mormons, Jehovah apos s Witnesses, the Church of Unification and the Church of Scientology.
