There are one or two nice moments in this latest JE outing.

We refer in big history to these moments as threshold moments.

There were other moments like that, very few moments of silence.

Countless moments of unsolicited natural moments, not posed moments, are captured there, and we're starting to learn how to discover them and find them.

Expertise has for sure had its moments.

Every few moments I shoot the image.

This looks nice.

Teachers looked nice.

OK, that's nice.

It was nice.

Looks really nice.

That wasn't nice.

That's really nice.

And it is, again, linked to something nice, and that nice thing is called meritocracy.

We have the kind of the flash of insight, the stroke of insight, we have epiphanies, we have eureka! moments, we have the lightbulb moments, right?

I must say there is magic in these moments.

There are moments in history when civilization redefines itself.
