UNIDO s projects on the linkage of agriculture and industry covered the leather and footwear industry (in Botswana, Ethiopia, Kenya, Malawi, Uganda, United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe), traditional textiles for West Africa (Guinea, Mali), improved quality in fish processing (Mauritania), and technical advice on the coordination of the forestry master plan (Ghana).
