45. An amount of 1.2 million is requested for rental of premises.

(a) Costs for rental and maintenance of premises in the amount of Sw F 3,904,800

Provision is made in the amount of 10,000 for the rental of cranes, low beds and recovery equipment.

Additionally, an amount of 359,000 was obligated for utilities under rental of premises, as indicated in paragraph 30 above.

The additional rental income would in that case amount to 295,000 a year, based on a current rental rate of 106 per square metre per year (excluding the reimbursement component for maintenance services).

The amount of 55,500 provides 10,000 per month for the five and a half month period for rental of office space in Zagreb and rental of office space for civilian police in the region.

The amount of 35,000 provides 10,000 per month for the three and a half month period for rental of office space in Zagreb and rental of office space for civilian police in the region.

Provision is made in the amount of 1.2 million for the rental of premises based on revised standard common services costs.
