We believe that it contains a very useful survey of the steps taken by the United Nations system in the area of road safety.

We believe that the creation of the Working Party on Road Traffic Safety as part of the United Nations system was a timely measure.

The enforcement of this regulation will standardize the administration of high speed railway safety in Fujian Province, further implement the duties of local governments, coordinate the railways and local forces, work together to protect the high speed railway safety, and complete the prevention and control system of high speed railway safety in Fujian Province.
