It's a scientific drilling vessel.

As in the past, Israeli aircraft often penetrated deep into Lebanon, sometimes generating sonic booms over populated areas.

My point is that this is not oil drilling.

We've been through this before with other ways of offshore drilling.

Obviously, this would cause the cost of drilling to increase significantly.
