Stocktaking and preliminary analysis

Five years have now passed it is time for a stocktaking.

The Administration agreed to introduce a system of stocktaking in future.

The thematic meeting had carried out a stocktaking exercise on global ICT indicators.

The principal emphasis of programmes under the RCF has been on stocktaking and advocacy.

This latest report includes, inter alia, a stocktaking of the situation and forecasts looking to 2015.

UNCTAD and the UN regional commissions played a leading role in carrying out the stocktaking in developing countries.

(ii) Stocktaking and dissemination of training methodologies developed by non governmental organizations and other sectors of the civil society

The NI Unit is preparing a compilation of declarations adopted by NHRIs since 1993 and a stocktaking of action taken.

314. Referring in particular to the fourth periodic report, the representative described it as an instrument of self assessment and stocktaking.

The regional programme has demonstrated results in the area of thematic or sectoral stocktaking and analysis, advocacy and the fostering of dialogue.

Accordingly, the proposal will serve as a treatise on the contributions to human society of Earth observation systems, including a total stocktaking of Earth observation data and applications.

But I think we should pause, and pause now, to do a little stocktaking, to look into our own hearts and lives and see what we find there.

We had to study from study books.

There remain a number of difficulties insofar as the storage and stocktaking of publications, which the Publications Board of the Office is duly studying with a view to taking appropriate measures.

These projects are designed to meet needs in the areas of natural resource stocktaking and management, environmental protection and town and country planning within the context of national and regional development programmes.

Three French experiments were carried out on the auroral satellite (wave study, cold plasma study and hot plasma study).

For each theme, the expert discussion focused on stocktaking, rationale, impact and effectiveness, possible improvements, and the role of national (home and host country) and international policy in light of identified best practices.
