They're fab and all the other pimply hyperboles.

These Fab Labs are the cost and complexity of a PDP.

MONUC and ONUB continue to hold monthly technical coordination meetings to address issues of common concern, including cross border arms trafficking, the coordination of air and land reconnaissance missions and the promotion of communications and joint border operations between FARDC and FAB.

In provinces where FNL was active, most of the individuals arrested were perceived to have had links with FNL and were sometimes held for several weeks, or even months, by FAB, FDN or CNDD FDD. Those detained were sometimes required to pay money for their release.
