I didn't do yoga. I'm not ready.

There's a guy in my yoga class.

Should you be running marathons or doing yoga?

And it was for, you guessed it, speed yoga.

And by the look of that paunch, he hasn't been doing enough yoga.

The word yoga comes from the Sanskrit, meaning union, to yoke, to bring together.

And as a teacher of yoga, he brings that experience to others across the spectrum of ability and disability, health, illness and aging.

Here's lesson number one.

The same is true, of course we don't have time for too many more examples but it's true of our music, of our dance, of our art, yoga, ayurveda, even Indian cuisine.

So, the lesson is very clear. The lesson is that our patient the world, and the disadvantaged of the world that patient deserves our compassion.

I was creating a lesson for students on Africa.

It's very hard to learn, to feel a lesson.

Good news is also about learning the right lesson.

There was an important lesson for me in that.

And so here was this lesson again leadership matters.
