So, fast forward a few years.

Back to everything's so temporary.

Everything on it that's ours for a wink.

Hans Geiger died in 1945, just a few days short of his 63rd birthday.

Conscious that the opportunity to bring those responsible to justice may soon be lost,

We know our time on this Earth is fleeting.

And, at the end, although it may rise, it will just cross the mind, like a bird crossing the sky without leaving any track.

But her fleeting dream was stolen away by a detective who had followed from Kanazawa.
