15. In UNOMIL during the period from October to December 1994, under a contract negotiated for 75 block hours with one vendor, actual flying hours per month for the period averaged 20.28.

39. Aviation fuel and lubricants. The requirements for aviation fuel and lubricants were based on the consumption of 825 litres per hour for 720 hours at 0.29 per litre. An unspent amount of 139,000 resulted from the actual number of hours flown being lower than estimated.
