4.2 Affirmative Action (Employment) Act

Hereinafter referred to as the Affirmative Action (Employment) Act

The Affirmative Action (Employment) Act requires that all employers should prepare affirmative action plans targeting blacks, women and people with disabilities for affirmative action.

4.1 The Affirmative Action (Employment) Act (Act 29 of 1998) was promulgated in 1998.
