No cease fire agreement has been concluded to date.

37. This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of signature.

To date, 13 countries of the region have signed the agreement on the Centre.

In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 14 of the Agreement, it will enter into force on the date that the General Assembly approves the Agreement.

A total of 88 agreement specific proposals have been under negotiation since 2001 with no decision taken to date.

Six months after the date of the Council's decision, that member shall cease to be a party to this Agreement.

Prior to that date the services were provided under a similar agreement signed between UNDP and IFAD.

Mrs Myburgh signed the loan agreement before 15 July 1996, but Commercial Bank sued her after this date.

For any Government which has not notified the depositary under article 40 that it will apply this Agreement provisionally and which deposits its instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession after the entry into force of this Agreement, this Agreement shall enter into force on the date of such deposit.

It was also pointed out that subparagraph 3 (b) of article 27 of the TRIPS Agreement relating to the protection of plant and animal inventions was due to be reviewed four years after the date of entry into force of the WTO Agreement.

23. As of 30 September 1998, a total of 91 States parties to the Convention, including the European Community, were, as of that date, bound by the Agreement.

24. The provisional application of the Agreement relating to the implementation of Part XI of the Convention terminated on the date of its entry into force, 28 July 1996.

Noting with satisfaction that the Review Conference agreed to continue the informal consultations of States parties to the Agreement and to keep the Agreement under review through the resumption of the Conference at a date not later than 2011, to be agreed at a future informal consultation of States parties to the Agreement,

The Council may at any time, by special vote, decide to terminate this Agreement with effect from such date as it may determine.

Further, when negotiations reopened in Paris on 22 February 1998, FLNKS officially announced its intention to conclude an agreement by this symbolic date of 4 May 1998.

21. The Agreement was opened for signature until 4 December 1996. As of that date, the Agreement had received a total of 59 signatures and, as of 30 September 1997, 15 States had ratified it. It will enter into force 30 days after the date of deposit of the thirtieth instrument of ratification or accession. Although the Agreement provides, in its article 41, for the possibility of its provisional application, no State or entity has notified the depositary of its wish to do so.

During the job placement period, those women continue to receive their wages, but for no more than three months after the expiration date of the labour agreement (contract).

By this action of the Government of Germany, all the provisions of the Agreement entered into force on the day following the date of receipt of the last notifications by which the parties to the Agreement will have informed each other of the completion of their respective formalities.

These two institutions may consider alleged or apparent violations of human rights by the authorities which occurred after 14 December 1995, the date of entry into force of the Dayton Agreement.
