UNCITRAL Model Law on International Credit Transfers (1992) (Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union)

The regulation is based on the European norms on safe working environment (Directive 92 85 EEC of the Council of the European Union).

A proposal from the Commission of the European Union for a new directive is currently under discussion by the Council of the European Union and the European Parliament.

As the Secretariat had mentioned, disclosure was a key obligation under the European Union Directive.

Directive 2000 31 EC of the European Union on electronic commerce ( the European Union Directive ), on the other hand, allowed the parties to prove the essence of the signature without abstractly proving the reliability of the technology.

The European directive on water stipulates that all communities over 2,000 inhabitants have to have water purification facility and this directive is binding for all EU present and future member States, like Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Directive 89 665 EEC of 21 December 1989, Official Journal of the European Communities, No. L 395, 30 December 1989, p. 33, as amended by Directive 92 50 above, deals with enforcement in these sectors.

And they're at the sharp end of what's called the WEEE, which is this European electrical and electronic waste directive.

The European Union Directive as well as domestic legislation in the United States and other countries operated on that assumption.

It is worth noting that the European Union Directive of 1999 on Electronic Signatures does not have a reliability test.

A 1995 Directive of the European Commission (95 56 CE of 8 November 1995) had amended a previous directive on anti theft devices and had introduced the mandatory equipment of all new cars with electronic immobilizers.

Unknown directive

In 1991, a new directive was incorporated into an Acquisition Directive.

The Working Group had been aware that draft article 6 was based on a similar provision in the European Union Directive.
