Key performance targets and indicators for the operations functions are established in annex II.

Supply Division further developed key performance indicators to monitor its performance and a new emergency hub was opened in Dubai.

Key performance indicators (KPIs) have been developed for monitoring of organizational performance in operational areas and for the cross cutting strategies.

UNICEF has completed an assessment of the reliability and accuracy of the Supply Division key performance indicators.

Several delegations welcomed the use of key performance indicators to enable UNICEF to better monitor its organizational efficiency.
