BACKGROUND TO STAND ALONE CLAIMS During the period from 1993 to 1994, the Commission received several hundred category E claim forms, filed by non Kuwaiti individuals asserting losses in respect of Kuwaiti companies that had been owned, in whole or in part, by those individuals.
