Application of conventions 3. Within the framework of the regular programme for the supervision of ILO Conventions and Recommendations, the Committee of Experts on the Application of Conventions and Recommendations addressed a number of comments to ratifying States at its November December 1996 session, which are contained in its report to the 85th Session of the International Labour Conference.
