The Master Plan outlines the need

For 2005, the expenditures estimated for the capital master plan total 25.26 million, consisting of 7.458 million for the design development phase and 17.802 million for the construction documents phase.

The Secretary General projected an illustrative example of the construction disbursements under the capital master plan, exclusive of swing space costs, and thus of the assessments required (see table 6).

In its resolution 57 292, the General Assembly decided to establish a special account for the capital master plan and appropriated 25.5 million for the biennium 2002 2003 for design, project management and pre construction management services for the baseline scope and scope options.
