Venezuela is concerned to ensure that the process of discussion and agreement should be widely based and transparent, and reserves its position on the Ministerial Declaration.

At the ministerial meeting, UNDCP will, in consultation with the ECOWAS secretariat, contribute to the discussion of the drug abuse and trafficking situation in the region.

The Ministerial Conference of la Francophonie, hereinafter referred to as the Ministerial Conference

UNIDO organized a ministerial round table discussion on Promoting productive capacity initiatives in Least Developed Countries and Africa during the high level segment of the Economic and Social Council in June 2004.

The major commitments at the ministerial level were highlighted in the concluding Ministerial Communiqué.

At the closing plenary meeting, rapporteurs designated for each of the ministerial round tables would present their summary reports, and all minister participants would be expected to join in a final, interactive discussion.
