Non post resources provide for consultants and experts ( 755,000), travel of staff ( 394,000), contractual services ( 1,295,000), supplies and materials ( 130,000) and workshops seminars ( 186,000).

Non post resources relate to travel undertaken by the staff of the Division and contractual translation services, reflecting reduced requirements in the biennium 2006 2007.

The amount of 193,500 provides for additional non post resources under consultants, travel of staff and contractual services in relation to the additional activities detailed above.

The amount of 105,200 in non post resources, at the maintenance level, would provide for consultants and experts ( 20,000) travel of staff ( 22,900) contractual services ( 6,400) general operating expenses ( 38,300) supplies and materials ( 4,800), and furniture and equipment ( 12,800).

42. The estimate of 39,409,400 comprises 35,853,100 for post requirements and 3,556,300 for non post requirements.

The estimated non post requirements will cover general temporary assistance, overtime, various contractual services, maintenance costs related to specialized security and office automation equipment, cleaning and repair of uniforms, communication costs, security related supplies and replacement of security and safety equipment.
