At previous sessions, the Working Group considered oral and written proposals and or position papers presented by delegations.

The Working Group may wish to follow the practice of previous sessions whereby the Vice President presiding over the Working Group would serve as its Chairman cum Rapporteur.

As part of its work, the working group reviewed the findings and recommendations contained in the previous OIOS report.
