Communication includes languages, display of text, Braille, tactile communication, large print, accessible multimedia as well as written, audio, plain language, human reader and augmentative and alternative modes, means and formats of communication, including accessible information and communication technology

While the relative novelty of electronic forms of communication might require greater explanation than traditional forms of communication, the Working Group stressed that the text should be drafted in a manner that encompassed any form of communication.

In the amended text submitted by the Secretariat to the Working Group at its forty fourth session, it is provided that  has the right to withdraw the electronic communication in which the input error was made .
