The first phase of the ICRIN project has been completed, thanks to funding from the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation and the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs.

1.58 The financial results for the fiscal year 2004 (see Table 1) clearly illustrate the funding shortfalls experienced by the Agency in its efforts to implement its mandate of the provision of basic services to Palestine refugees.
