It is further divided into cash and in kind portions. The cash budget is funded through cash contributions recorded as income to the General Fund (GF).

Voluntary contributions are expected to cover about 95 per cent of total budget volume for 2006 2007, of which 72 per cent are cash contributions to the GF, 20 per cent cash contributions to projects, and about three per cent are in kind contributions.
