FINAL COMMUNIQUÉ

The term final regulatory action , as defined in Article 2, means an action taken by a Party, that does not require subsequent regulatory action by that Party, the purpose of which is to ban or severely restrict a chemical, and international trade is not referred to in the definition as a prerequisite for a Party to take such actions.

(c) Where the advice of the review committee is required, no final action leading to the award or amendment of a procurement contract may be taken before such advice is received.
