Ms. Udo (Nigeria), speaking on behalf of the African Group, said that the Group shared the disappointment expressed by previous speakers about the Secretariat's failure to comply with the decisions of the General Assembly.

Such a working group would complement the Security Council Informal Working Group on General Issues relating to Sanctions and the Analytical Support and Sanctions Monitoring Team established pursuant to Security Council resolution 1526 (2004).
