In paragraph 36 of its previous report (S 2004 604), the Monitoring Group stated

In paragraph 332 of its report, the Board recommended that the International Civil Service Commission (ICSC) maximize the use of the Integrated Monitoring and Documentation and Information System (IMDIS) in its programme performance monitoring system.
