The Court held that section 163.1(4) of the Criminal Code, although prima facie inconsistent with section 2(b), was justified under section 1 and that it also followed that there was no violation of section 7.

Within the Office, the Division of Administrative Services is responsible for providing those services and the implementation of the work programme under this section.

The Committee notes that the General Assembly, in its resolution 58 271, appropriated an amount of 169,431,700 for special political missions under this section.
