The level of the minimum wage is guaranteed by the State.

The minimum wage in Poland is so low that work of good quality is generally not remunerated below the minimum wage level.

The Committee regrets that despite the positive growth of macroeconomic indicators in Mexico, especially the sharp decrease in the level of inflation, the National Minimum Wage Commission has not adjusted the minimum wage level upwards.
