Table 2 shows the consolidated programme budget for 2006 2007 for research, analysis and advocacy.

Some projects have continued to undertake advocacy programmes for years on end without a phased approach to ensuring that the advocacy translates into real change at the country level.

In some cases, UNICEF focused on advocacy for children within SWAp consultative forums.

This is only one of our many tools for a broad advocacy plan.

Another delegation encouraged UNICEF to undertake stronger advocacy for child protection in PRSs.
